Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Kiros ("the Software"), a desktop application published by Richkeed ("Richkeed", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Software
Kiros is a local, single-user application that orchestrates third-party AI coding command-line tools ("harnesses") installed on your own computer. Kiros runs these harnesses under your own accounts and does not provide the underlying AI models itself.
2. Your accounts and third-party tools
You are responsible for your own subscriptions and logins to any harness (such as Kiro CLI, Claude Code, Codex or Antigravity). Your use of each harness is governed by that provider's own terms. Richkeed does not store, copy or transmit your authentication tokens or API keys.
3. Local operation
The Software runs on your machine, bound to your local network interface. We do not operate a server that processes your code, prompts or credentials. You are responsible for the security of your own device.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Software to violate the terms of any third-party service, to infringe intellectual property rights, or for any unlawful purpose. Automated high-frequency use against subscription services may breach those services' terms; you are responsible for staying within them.
5. Early access
During the invite-only early-access period, the Software is provided for evaluation. Features may change, and access may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.
6. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Richkeed disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Richkeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Software.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
